An appreciative application process is very important to us. That's why we take plenty of time for each applicant. You get to know part of your potential team straight away so that we can find out right from the start whether the chemistry is right.
Online application
The first step in our hiring process is submitting an online application. This allows you to introduce yourself by sharing your resume and other relevant documents. We encourage you to include details about your experience, skills, and projects that highlight your strengths. After reviewing your application, ourrecruitment team will assess whether your profile is a good match for the position. If your profile matches our needs, you'll move on to the next step in the process: a phone interview with a recruiter.
Phone interview with recruiter
In a phone call withour recruiter you will discuss in more detail your experience, the projects you have worked on, the technology and tools you have used. You'll also get more information about our company, team and product. The goal of this conversation is to get to know each other.
Personal interview
This meeting introduces the team and focuses on your technical experience, allowing you to discuss your background and projects while learning about the work specifics and asking questions.
Some positions require a pre-interview assignment, and only candidates with quality solutions will be invited to interview.
Receive an offer
If after the interview both you and the team liked each other and felt you could work together the company will make you an offer according to your requirements and experience.
Onboarding
Onboarding is an important part of any workplace. Starting with us you will have an experienced mentor to help you get used to the product, the team and the internal processes. He or she will also take the time to help you learn the necessary technology and tools that you will be able to work with fluently and at ease. Working with a mentor lasts 6 months, but you'll have the opportunity to work independently and confidently in a real product environment long before that.
Can I submit an unsolicited application if I don't see the right job posting?
If you cannot find a suitable position, you can of course submit your unsolicited application. As soon as we have the right position for you, we will get in touch.
How can I ensure that my application has been received?
You will receive confirmation from us via email as soon as your application has arrived.
When can I expect feedback on my application?
Every application is carefully checked by the recruiting department and the relevant tech department. We will contact you immediately after checking your documents and inform you about the status of your application.
Can I apply for several positions at the same time?
Yes. Please make sure to apply individually via the respective job advertisement. You will receive separate confirmation for each application.
How long does the application process take?
We believe in a fast and smooth hiring process. Depending on our and your availably we can have a decision within a week after your application.
